The PT-105HD CNC plasma table is the perfect choice for any shop looking to cut 5’ X 10’ plates of steel.
Constructed from square and rectangle boxed tubing the fully welded, prebuilt box frame, can easily handle the weights of loading the machine at maximum capacity of 1” thick 5’ x 10’ steel plate.
The machine weighs in at an impressive 3380 pounds. Like all Baileigh CNC plasma tables it comes pre-built. All that is required is to run your torch and connect the wires, that is it.
This CNC plasma cutting table comes standard with our easy to use design software that can be loaded into any basic PC and downloaded via an included communication wire or remotely by USB stick.
A sturdy operation control station includes large operator control console screen with key pad controls.
This CNC plasma machine can run any program designed by the software and controls the X, Y & Z axes.
The Z axis has automatic height detection allowing for perfect arc distance at all times even on uneven materials, making each cut perfect, every time.
The PT-105HD CNC plasma table has an industrial grade gantry travel system for the X, Y & Z axis made form extremely rigid extruded aluminum.
All axis ride on heavy duty ground and polished square shafts that use wiper dies to keep the welding dust out of the slide for a smooth transfer without any chatter.
The gantry is driven by Panasonic® brushless servo motors that are controlled by Panasonic® servo motion controllers.
Like all Baileigh CNC plasma tables the PT-105HD is an industrial grade plasma table that
will provide the fabrication shop with decades of profitable use.
BOBCAD-CAM EXPRESS DESIGN SOFTWARE (INCLUDED)
The PT-105HD comes standard with BobCAD-Cam Express programming software.
You can design or plot out your project on any computer and load the plasma table via a USB drive.

plasma torch and power source to complete
the cutting system , which is offered
seperately as an optional extra to the
table to enable budget and capacity
to be chosen by the client in line
with the needs of the clients business.

4/ Installation & Training
We also recommend that clients take up our
offer of installation of the plasma table and
cutting systems once this is off loaded from
our delivery transport by the client and
located within the production site at the
point of use with the required utilities put
in place by the client. At the same time
we will undertake basic training on use
of the plasma table and
cutting system and associated software for
up to 4 members of staff from the clients factory.
Installation & commissioning of this plasma
system & 1/2 days training for 4 staff is
available at extra cost.
