The PT-44AHC CNC plasma table is an industrial grade 4’ x 4’ (working area) plasma cutting table that comes standard with a variable height control allowing for perfect arc distance at all times even on uneven materials, making each cut perfect, every time.
The PT-44AHC CNC plasma cutting table requires 240 Volts of single phase power so it will work at almost any fabrication site throughout the British Isles.
The PT-44AHC CNC plasma cutting table comes standard with an easy to use design software package that allows the user to design or plot out a job on any computer and load the plasma table via data wire or simple USB stick.
The plasma cutting table comes standard with a control podium and control pendant that controls the X and Y axis.
The Z axis is controlled by a control box mounted on the console.
This is a heavy duty industrial grade plasma table that weighs 1500 lbs. and is constructed of heavy gauge boxed steel to easily support the max plate size and thickness without flinching.
The X, Y, and Z axes are controlled by step motors. Heavy duty ground, hardened and polished square rails are standard on the variable height tables due to their impressive strength.
This CNC plasma table comes pre-built and just requires electrical service and a clean dry air supply.
BOBCAD-CAM EXPRESS DESIGN SOFTWARE (INCLUDED)
The PT-44AHC comes standard with BobCAD-Cam Express programming software.
You can design or plot out your project on any computer and load the plasma table via a USB drive.

plasma torch and power source to complete
the cutting system , which is offered
seperately as an optional extra to the
table to enable budget and capacity
to be chosen by the client in line
with the needs of the clients business.

4/ Installation & Training
We also recommend that clients take up our
offer of installation of the plasma table and
cutting systems once this is off loaded from
our delivery transport by the client and
located within the production site at the
point of use with the required utilities put
in place by the client. At the same time
we will undertake basic training on use
of the plasma table and
cutting system and associated software for
up to 4 members of staff from the clients factory.
Installation & commissioning of this plasma
system & 1/2 days training for 4 staff is
available at extra cost.
